Compassionate Hands Adult Day Services is an organization dedicated to providing essential services to adults with Developmental & Intellectual Disabilities. Our primary objective is to empower individuals and foster their independence as they navigate employment opportunities.

Compassionate Hands Adult Day Services operates under the guiding principles of compassion, respect, and empowerment. As a Day Habilitation and Jobs Training program that provides comprehensive training for adults with different abilities, our philosophy statement reflects our commitment to nurturing the potential of individuals, while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Day Habilitation

Committed to utmost compassion and care, our organization offers personalized training services to our esteemed participants. Our meticulous approach aims to provide person-centered, strength- based care to promote inclusion in their community.
We emphasize empathy and understanding and are dedicated to supporting our participants as they explore hobbies, daily life skills, personal care, and active community engagement.
Case Management Services
Compassionate Hands Adult Day Services recognizes that each of our participants has their own unique goals. Every person enrolled in services with Compassionate Hands will have their own Case Manager assigned to assist with implementing plans and programs which will promote advocacy, and encourage their independence. Each Case Manager will be overseen by a certified Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), ensuring that services meet and exceed State of Nevada standards.

Compassionate Hands believes that education should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer affordable tuition rates and flexible payment options to make learning more affordable for our students.
Social Activies
Las Vegas is a wonderful city with so many different opportunities for learning, growth, and skill development.
Compassionate Hands believes that being involved in the community is a crucial part of creating real life learning examples. This also means that we have an opportunity to educate the community on the importance of being inclusive, accepting, and create relationships that last a lifetime.
Compassionate Hands not only will provide opportunities for activities, but will also promote volunteer opportunities for the participants to foster positive relationships with our Las Vegas neighbors.
Community Engagement
Compassionate Hands creates engaging and interactive course materials to make learning fun and effective. Our courses are designed to help you retain information and apply what you’ve learned in real-world situations.
Job Training
We offer a variety of Job Training programs designed for those who are looking to earn a paycheck. There are several different programs to choose from, as we believe in meeting each of our participants where they are in their individualized their individualized employment skills. The Job Training programs can include job readiness classes, interpersonal work skills, resume building, and even job coaching to obtain employment in the community
